  1. why does the portal mandate the PPP ID? I have aadhaar, election card, why can’t they be accepted? I can’t register my dog without it which means I have to apply for two things instead of one. This only discourages residents to apply for it. Also PPP is only a Haryana thing, its not even a national policy, you cannot mandate this for residents.
